Step 67. Play the circle game

b92f77634e07ee91ab4529c3f1b4a7b5Our future is today. Succeeding today means having a successful life. You’ll ask me, why? Let’s try to put this in a structure.

Take a piece of paper and a pen. Draw one circle and name it “lifelong dream“. Inside the circle write your dream/objective/goal.

Have you done it?It can be  everything – having a lot of money, creating perfect relationships, etc.

Great. Now next to this “lifelong dream” circle draw the second one and name it “my year“. Here you have to write down what you should do during the year to make your lifelong dream work. Think good, try to be rational and logical. When you are done, draw the third circle.

It will be called “my month“. Again, think, what should you do during the month, that your year goal would be reached. Write it down.

The last circle will be labeled “my day“. And here you’ll put what you are going to do everyday to get the month objectives reached.

Now you see? Everything happens automatically. If you do good on your day circle, your month circle aim is reached automatically, and so happens to the year one and, of course, lifelong dream comes true. Sounds easy? Yes, it does. But it’s not easy when you have to work on it.

On the other hand, nobody said it was easy to live our dreams. Focus on what you really want, get straight to it. Knowing what you want is very important.

“The future enters into us, in order to transform itself in us, long before
it happens.” Rainer Maria Rilke

New Year has come. Everything what was good and bad has stayed in 2012, now there is a piece of white paper in front of me and it’s time to draw and live my future. This is what I’m going to do. And I wish the same for you. The new year promises normally don’t come true if we really don’t mean them.
