Step 49. Remind your mind


18925_472794562758680_631435076_nThe important thing of learning is not getting to know something new, but to remember it. To repeat.

It’s important to have like a list of the things which motivate us. This list should be visible and available all the time.

You can find ways to rewind these ideas so they’ll play again and again
until you can’t get them out of your head. That’s how belief systems are
restructured to suit our goals. Place the thought you want to remember
into the jingle track in your brain so that it can’t get out

I have few thoughts, which really keep me going. Some of them are:

– Sobre las hojas caen las hojas. El tiempo fluye. The leaves are falling on the leaves. The time is passing.

– The best is always waiting in the future. Lo mejor siempre espera adelante.

– There is nothing bad which stays for 100 years.

– Everything is going to be ok in the end. If it’s not ok, it’s not the end.

This has to be done everyday. It’s not like one day I learn and later everything is ok. No. I have to remind me this every single day.

And I’ve learnt my other lesson. I really can’t take any alcohol. I took few glasses of wine today, and I’m sad again. Buff. No more alcohol 🙂
